The Constables Office duties primarily consist of the serving
of Civil Papers, Misdemeanor Warrants and Bailiff's for the Justic of the Peace (JP) office within the respective Precinct.
Other duties are Traffic Enforcement, and Patroling, which we primarily work in a support role with
the Waller County Sherriff's Department.
Our patrol cars are equipped with Radars, and
at the request of the citizens, we can enforce traffic laws. I want to see the children be able to ride their bicycles through
the neighborhoods without having the parents worry about their safety,
We also have a Close Patrol Request
Form, Traffic Complaint and a Ride Along Program created by Constable Glenn White, for the citizens of Pct. 2
My deputies will be patroling the neighborhoods and also be looking for any Criminal Activities, and
working the School Zones while the children are taken to School. In the very near future we will begin The
Neighborhood Watch Program as well as Operation Identification Program for the citizens of Pct. 2
